Our process is a five step tested and proven methodology that is customized for each individual client to fit their specific situation and/or needs. This strength based approach turns challenges into learning opportunities and sets a strong foundation for success. I help them Align, so all are on the same page. Focus, so all concerned know where they are headed and Grow, get more clients and make more money.
Create the BIG Picture: It begins with helping the client develop a clear vision of what they want to address. Many times it’s in helping them get clear on what their ideal business would look like. Additionally together we get clear on what they want their coaching experience to accomplish. This step creates a key decision to move forward.
Set Benchmarks: Next is to identify where they are now… what is the current situation and what specifically do they need to do to move towards their ideal vision of their business. Following the S.M.A.R.T. method of goals setting, these goals will be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time bound. We make sure the goals fit with the clients other life priorities so the goals will be balanced. This step helps them to believe in the new decision.
Develop a Strategy: During the planning stage we’ll look at their important goals and design a plan that will allow them to accomplish those key goals quickly and efficiently. The plan is then broken down into small action steps. We ensure each step is manageable and with designated time frames to completion. This step helps them commit to the new decision.
Take Action: We implement the plan! Throughout this step I help you stay focused on the key activities and action to move you to achieving your goal. All the while we’ll be fine-tuning your activities to see what works and what doesn’t. We’ll remove the actions that are not as effective and replace them with more effective actions. We’ll make sure all the necessary resources are in place to enhance the action. This step moves them to making the decision a reality.
Remove Barriers: In many cases, throughout this entire process, we’ll discover some barriers, fears, concerns or obstacles that may be in your way. Those things either known or unknown that have been holding you back from having what you really want. Together we’ll identify those fears, concerns or obstacles that may have been in your way and we’ll devise strategies to overcome them. This step makes sure they don’t get side-tracked or quit along the way.
This model is based on the Well Formed Outcome model of goal setting from Jack’s studies of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). As a result of Jack’s NLP coaching, his clients are able to achieve their goals faster, as well as flatten the learning curve and minimize the stress associated with creating a successful business.
Most businesses know what to do, and how to do it, most have the resources of time, energy and money (their strategy, beliefs and standards) to get it done. Jack helps them with feedback to make sure they are doing things correctly and accountability to make sure the right things are being done.
